Do I have to do a Data Health Check before a Foundation Build?
Zansa's process is intro call, then Data Health Check, then Foundation Build, because the audit makes the build's fixed price and timeline reliable. Whether a particular situation could skip it is something to raise on the intro call rather than assume.
The Health Check typically takes one to two weeks and costs from R25,000 as a guide. It identifies the systems, spreadsheets and mismatched numbers that determine how much work a build involves.
Skipping it would mean quoting on assumptions, which is how projects overrun. The findings also belong to you, so the audit has value even if you build with someone else.
