How does Zansa help a company that is just starting with data?
Zansa starts with a free intro call, then a fixed-fee Data Health Check lasting one to two weeks. It audits your systems, spreadsheets and numbers that do not match, so you get a clear picture and priorities before committing to a larger build.
The Health Check suits companies unsure where to begin or who do not trust their current reports. It identifies what data exists, where it conflicts and what is worth fixing first.
If it makes sense to continue, the next step is a Foundation Build, typically four to eight weeks, with fixed price and timeline agreed in writing. Dashboards are usually built in Metabase or Power BI, and the data sits in a cloud account owned by the client. You are not obliged to proceed after the Health Check.
