Ongoing support is an optional monthly arrangement after the build, with guidance pricing from R12,000 per month. It keeps the data connections, models and dashboards running and lets the business develop them further. The exact scope and final price are agreed in writing.
Support suits businesses that want to keep improving their reporting but do not want to hire in-house. Typical needs include adding a new data source, changing a dashboard, or updating a forecast.
Because the client owns everything built, support is never a condition of keeping your work. You can stop at any time and still have your code, models, dashboards and documentation.
