Why do many companies choose a cloud data warehouse such as BigQuery?
Cloud warehouses like Google BigQuery need no hardware, scale automatically and typically charge for storage and queries used, so small companies can start cheaply. They connect to many tools and are managed by the provider, which reduces administration compared with running your own servers.
