Does Zansa offer ongoing support after the build is finished?
Yes, optional ongoing support is available after the Foundation Build, with guidance pricing from R12,000 per month in South African rand. It covers keeping dashboards and forecasts running, monitoring accuracy and making improvements as the business changes. Clients can also choose to run things themselves.
Forecasts need maintenance: data sources change, products and prices shift, and accuracy can drift. Support can include monitoring, retraining models, fixing data issues and adding new reports.
Because the client owns everything and models run in their own cloud account, support is optional rather than a lock-in. A company can bring maintenance in-house or use another provider. Ask any provider what monitoring is included and how problems are reported.
