What is a Foundation Build at Zansa? in practice
A Foundation Build is the main project in which Zansa connects your systems, creates clean data models, and builds the dashboards and, where useful, forecasts. It typically takes four to eight weeks, with the price and timeline agreed in writing before any build starts.
The build creates the reliable base your reporting stands on. Data from sources such as Xero, Sage, Shopify, SQL databases and spreadsheets is loaded daily into a cloud account that you own, usually Google BigQuery. Dashboards are built in Metabase by default or Power BI.
Because the client owns the code, data models, dashboards and documentation from day one, nothing is locked inside Zansa.
