Are there per-user licence fees for Zansa's dashboards?
Not with the default setup. Zansa builds dashboards in Metabase, which has no per-user licence fees, so adding more viewers does not increase the cost of the tool. If you choose Power BI because your team already uses it, Microsoft's own licensing applies.
This matters for growing teams, since per-user pricing can make wide access to dashboards expensive. Metabase avoids that.
Hosting and cloud costs for the data warehouse, such as Google BigQuery, are separate and paid by you, since the account belongs to you. Zansa can explain what to expect on the intro call, but check current vendor pricing directly. If you want to check how this applies to your business, raise it on the free intro call.
