Can I remove Zansa's access to my data whenever I want?
Yes. Access to your systems and your cloud account is granted by you and is revocable at any time. Because nothing is stored in a Zansa account and everything built is yours, removing access ends Zansa's ability to see your data without losing your work.
This is a deliberate design choice. The client holds the account and the keys, so the relationship depends on trust and results rather than lock-in.
