What happens to my data and work if I stop working with Zansa?
You keep everything. The client owns the code, data models, dashboards and documentation from day one, and the data sits in your own cloud account rather than in a Zansa account. You can revoke Zansa's access at any time, and your reporting continues to exist.
Because documentation is part of what you own, your own staff or another provider can maintain the system. Costs such as cloud hosting continue to be billed to your account, as it is your account.
