How does remote collaboration with Zansa work day to day?
Day to day, collaboration is light. Zansa asks for about an hour a week from the people who know where the numbers come from, plus decisions from a sponsor. The rest of the work happens on Zansa's side using read access to your systems, with progress and questions shared in writing.
A typical rhythm looks like this:
- A short weekly call to answer questions about how the business runs
- Written updates on findings and what was built
- Reviews of dashboards before they are finalised
Because the scope, price and timeline are agreed in writing before any build starts, there are few surprises, and the client can see what is happening throughout.
