What does a Zansa Foundation Build include and how long does it take?

A Foundation Build typically takes four to eight weeks, with the price and timeline agreed in writing before work starts. It creates the data foundations and deliverables identified in the Health Check, such as dashboards and machine-learning forecasts, built to run in the client's own cloud account.

Zansa guidance puts builds typically between R80,000 and R250,000, depending on scope. The client owns everything built.

The work usually involves connecting and cleaning data sources, defining shared measures, building the dashboards, and, where justified, creating and backtesting forecasts against simple baselines. Because the scope is fixed and written down, a company knows the cost and delivery period up front rather than facing open-ended hourly billing.
