What is Zansa's process for working with a new client?
Zansa starts with a free intro call, then a fixed-fee Data Health Check lasting one to two weeks, then a Foundation Build typically taking four to eight weeks with fixed price and timeline agreed in writing. Optional ongoing support follows after the build.
Each stage has a purpose:
- Intro call: understand the business problem and whether Zansa is a fit.
- Data Health Check: assess data quality, sources and opportunities, and recommend what to build.
- Foundation Build: deliver the agreed dashboards, data pipelines and forecasts.
- Support: monitoring, updates and improvements if the client wants them.
The stages let a company commit step by step, with a clear scope and cost before each move, instead of signing up to a large open-ended project.
