Does Zansa sign an operator agreement and limit access when it handles my data?
Yes. Zansa signs an operator agreement before any data is touched, minimises or de-identifies personal information for reporting, and limits and logs access. Data stays in a cloud account you own, access is revocable at any time, and nothing is stored in a Zansa account.
These measures are designed with privacy law including POPIA and GDPR in mind. They do not replace your own legal review, and Zansa claims no certifications.
AI tools used by Zansa for writing code never receive personal or client-identifiable data, and AI is not used on client data without written approval. Machine-learning models run in your account. Ask for the agreement text on the intro call if you want your adviser to review it first.
